What I Bring to Clients

Purpose & Vision

Early in my career, I noticed a bizarre pattern— it seemed as though in every organization in which I worked (big or small, public or private) employees were on the brink of burnout. Having grown up with a talented physician father, I wasn’t a stranger to witnessing burnout in those I cared about. And yet, it struck me as a massive missed opportunity that significant numbers of people were feeling deeply exhausted and uninspired by their work.

Once I discovered that this problem is indeed preventable, for me, redesigning organizations and the way that we work became a matter of social justice.

I began asking questions like, “How can we build organizations where employees leave work at the end of the day feeling MORE energized than when they arrived? What would the impact of that be on families’ wellbeing? On our society’s wellbeing?

Today, I continue to seek the answers to these questions while working towards a world in which that vision becomes a reality.
