Hi, I’m Jocelyn


I’m an organizational psychologist with over a decade of experience helping senior leaders and mission-driven companies build high-performance, high-trust cultures. I believe life is too short for dysfunctional workplaces and work that drains us. My goal is a world where people love what they do, where they do it, and end their workday more energized than when they started.

I approach my work on two levels: the individual and the organizational. As an executive coach, I partner 1:1 with leaders to help them work with greater clarity, confidence, and impact. As a Learning & Development leader, I design programs at scale that help people grow. I hold a Master’s in Positive Organizational Psychology & Evaluation, with a background in neuroscience, and translate the science of healthy organizations into the coaching I deliver and the L&D programs I build.

I’ve had the privilege of coaching over 250 professionals and working with organizations including: Thumbtack, Carbon Health, BetterUp, Modern Health, Fitbit, and the National Institutes of Health. I’m currently taking on select executive coaching clients and fractional L&D projects.
